The Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea has set the standard of excellence for private golf clubs and lifestyle communities in Asia. This outstanding club features a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Golf Course. In fact, by exclusive arrangement, this will be the only golf club in Korea to ever carry the name of the “Golden Bear” himself. The golf club was co-developed by Gale International, which is in charge of developing the Songdo IBD, and Kitson & Partners, a leading golf course and community development company in the US.

Biscayne Group’s Asia division was responsible for the construction of the water features, artificial rock work, and retaining walls. With approximately 15,000 square meters (160,500 square feet) of hand carved artificial rock work and approximately 3,000 tons of natural rock planned for installation on the project in less than an 8 month time frame a work force of over 120 craftsmen worked on the project.
