Dalat, Vietnam

Biscayne Group provided construction services on the Royale City Dalat Golf Club and Resort in Dalat, Vietnam. This 36 hole Peter Rousseau designed course features dramatic elevation changes ranging from the holes along the mountain's ridge line down to the holes that ring the 100 plus acre lake at the bottom of the property.

Working closely with Peter Rousseau and the development owner, Biscayne Group started shaping the water features, streams and rock outcrops required to complete the course. Thousands of tons of boulders that are native to the site were placed on this project.

Because of the beautiful stone that is an intergral part of this local landscape the development owners decided to use them as a natural part of the course. Local stone masons were hired to hand cut and hew the black granite stone into assorted sized slabs for use in construction of the resort villas and stacked stone landscape terraces.

A unique aspect of the project is the planned trout farm that will be used to grow fresh fish for the restaurant in the resorts 5 star hotel.
